Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 October 2026

Crystalier Crystals ("we", "us" or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal data when you browse our websites, shop with us, create an account or contact us. We handle personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), where applicable.

1. Personal data we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Your name, email address, telephone number, billing address and delivery address.
  • Account information, order details, purchase history, payment status and transaction references.
  • Messages, enquiries, reviews, feedback and information provided for returns, refunds or delivery support.
  • Technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, pages visited and information collected through cookies or similar technologies.

If you provide another person's information, such as a gift recipient's name and address, please ensure you have their permission to share it for the relevant purpose. Please do not send payment card details, passwords, identity documents or unrelated sensitive information by email or chat.

2. How we use personal data

We use personal data to process payments and orders; arrange delivery; provide account access and customer support; manage returns and refunds; maintain transaction records; prevent fraud and misuse; and operate, secure and improve our shop. We may also use it to meet legal obligations and handle disputes.

Where required, we obtain your consent before collecting, using or disclosing personal data. We may also process data where consent is deemed or an exception applies under applicable law. We do not require consent to uses beyond what is reasonable to provide the product or service you request.

3. Who we share information with

We share relevant information with service providers where needed to operate our business, including EasyStore, which powers our online shop; payment processors; delivery and logistics providers; and providers of hosting, communications and technical support. Payment transactions are processed through the payment services used at checkout, under their applicable terms and privacy notices.

We may disclose information to professional advisers, regulators or authorities where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention or the protection of rights. We do not sell personal data or provide customer contact lists to third parties for their independent marketing.

4. Cookies, analytics and personalised recommendations

Our shop and its service providers use cookies and similar technologies, including browser local storage and session storage, to operate shopping carts, account sessions, security and preferences.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website and improve its content and shopping experience. Google Analytics may collect cookie identifiers, device and browser information, pages viewed and interactions with the site. Google processes this information under its applicable terms and privacy notices. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

The personalisation banner on our website controls our personalised recommendations; it does not control Google Analytics. You can manage cookies in your browser and use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on on supported browsers. Blocking cookies may affect some shop features.

Personalised recommendations

If you accept personalisation, we use a randomly generated browser identifier and session identifier to record the product and article pages you view, engagement with articles and clicks on personalised suggestions. This information helps us suggest relevant products and guides. The recommendation profile is not linked to your customer account, name or email address.

We store your choice and browser identifier in your browser and process recommendation events on our Assistant hosting service. Recommendation events are retained for up to 30 days. Your personalisation choice lasts 30 days, after which we ask again.

You can decline personalisation and continue shopping. Use “Personalisation settings” in the footer to change your choice. Turning it off stops recommendation tracking, removes the local identifiers and requests deletion of the associated server profile. If that request cannot reach our server, the remaining records expire under our retention policy. Clearing browser data removes your local choice and identifiers; it does not itself delete server records.

Other services

Payment pages, embedded content and external services may process information under their own privacy notices. External websites, including WhatsApp, have their own privacy practices. We update this notice when our tracking practices change and obtain consent where required.

5. Marketing choices

If we send promotional messages, we will do so with your consent or another basis permitted by applicable law. You may unsubscribe using the instructions in the message or contact us at crystalier.crystals@gmail.com. Opting out of marketing will not stop essential messages about an order, payment, delivery or privacy request.

6. Security and overseas processing

We take reasonable steps to protect personal data against unauthorised access, use, disclosure, alteration or loss. Access is limited to people and service providers who need information for relevant business purposes. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Our service providers may store or process information outside Singapore. Where we transfer personal data overseas, we take steps required under the PDPA to ensure a standard of protection comparable to that required in Singapore.

7. How long we retain information

We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy or for legal or business requirements, including transaction records and dispute resolution. When retention is no longer necessary, we take steps to delete, anonymise or otherwise cease retaining identifiable data.

8. Your privacy requests

You may contact us to request access to personal data we hold about you, information about its use or disclosure, or correction of inaccurate or incomplete data, subject to applicable law. You may also withdraw consent on reasonable notice. We will explain any likely consequences, such as being unable to complete a delivery or provide a requested service.

We may verify your identity before acting on a request. We will respond within applicable legal requirements and explain any lawful limitations or reasonable access fee before proceeding. You may ask us to delete information we no longer need, although some records may need to be retained for legal or business reasons.

9. Data incidents and policy updates

If a data breach occurs, we will assess it and notify the relevant authorities and affected individuals where required by law. We may update this policy as our services or requirements change. The latest version will be posted on our website with its updated date. Where necessary, we will provide additional notice or seek fresh consent.
